Is the licence exclusive?
No, the licence is non-exclusive. Filmmakers retain the right to distribute their film elsewhere, in any media or territory not restricted by their own agreements.
What exploitation modes are included?
The platform allows selected digital modes:
- TVOD (rental)
- EST (purchase)
- SVOD (subscription inclusion)
- AVOD (ad-supported)
- Digital download for offline viewing
Modes are agreed before launch and reflected in the contract.
What is the revenue split?
Revenue share is 70% of Net Receipts to the filmmaker, with the remaining 30% to Raindance Releasing. There is no minimum guarantee, no flat fee model, and no upfront cost to participate.
What territories are included?
Filmmakers can choose between UK only or worldwide (with optional excluded territories). Geo-blocking can be implemented where required.
